How it works
Six steps from the first conversation to the final file, with a review point at each one.
- 01
Tell us about your book
Complete the short enquiry form or book a call. We ask about the book, its stage, its audience and your goals. If you have a manuscript, we may ask to see a sample. Everything shared is confidential.
- 02
Get a tailored plan
Within a few business days you receive a written proposal: the services we recommend and why, the ones we do not think you need, a timeline and an itemised quote in Australian dollars. You can accept it, adjust it or walk away.
- 03
Create and refine
Work begins with a kick-off conversation and a schedule of deliverables. Writing arrives in chapter batches; editing as tracked changes with a report; design as concepts, then refinements. Each stage has a review round built in.
- 04
Approve your final files
You review the finished manuscript, the cover in every format and the formatted interior. We correct anything that needs correcting. Nothing is uploaded or printed without your sign-off.
- 05
Publish
We prepare metadata, guide you through ISBNs and set up accounts and listings in your name on the platforms you have chosen. A proof copy is ordered and reviewed. When you are satisfied, the book goes live.
- 06
Launch and grow
Launch assets, author website, listings and campaigns give the book a professional start. Ongoing marketing is optional and reported monthly, so you can see what is working.
